It could be a controller problem or your throttle could be bad I had my bike do the same thing when the throttle went out start with the safety sensors first and go from there
this happened with me and it was because my brake lever was too loose and was censoring my brake and because of that the throttle wouldn't go (that's how Ebikes work). It also looks like your brake sensor is on in the back so that might be the reason.

It’s either tight in the sensor behind the controller or tighten the throttle cable

Sometimes if you’ve jumped it a lot the fuse can get hit out of place which is what happened to mine

Make sure the battery connection is plugged in fully. I had a similar problem with my E Ride Pro.

I Had the same problem on my surron lbx and on my surron, the problem was the trottle, i changed the trottle and now, i can ride without this problem
