I find it's quite easier to tighten the UDH (to spec) and have it over rotate counter clockwise (looking from the drive side inwards).

This….doesn’t look like a UDH compatible frame. UDH doesn’t mean all frames, just the ones made for a UDH.
Not uncommon. Some frames aren’t compatible.
