Hi all! Unfortunately my bike is not compatible with OMM thru axles, neither the new ortlieb or the one from Curve cycling because on the rear derailleur side the thru axle bolt is fixed with a metal cap and the thru axle bolts into the derailleur hanger. I think the most solid option is letting a professional weld the mounts on my frame? I don't want to use P-clamps because I like to go on rough terrain and I just want a really stable system. The person who'd weld my bike has a lot of experience with custom frame building.
(sorry for the dirty bike didn't have time for a throughout clean yet since my last trip 😅)
I appreciate any kind of input, thank you in advance !

Looks like an alloy frame and therefore I would recommend against welding. That would require stripping paint, heat treatment and re-painting to be reliable. A different frame will likely be cheaper than that.
I guess you don’t want your seat stays to break on the trail.
I have great success with stainless steel P-clamps. You’ve said you don’t want to use these these because of stability, but if you have the rubberized version at the correct size, they’re very stable and durable.
