Epic Mountain Biking in Switzerland (Verbier & Swiss Alps)

Last Monday I was complaining to my mate Till that I’d never been mountain biking in the Swiss Alps.

That Thursday we flew to Geneva, drove to Valais and took a gondola up to the Verbier Bike Park.

We discovered some of the most epic enduro and downhill trails in the Swiss Alps.

Super long descents, single track galore, table tops ‘ohne Ende’ and built-up lines weaving all over the mountain.

What I love most about biking is finding mental flow in the technicality… This is for me a meditative experience.

You have to focus on every root, rut, stone and kicker on your line and with speed it’s almost impossible to think about all your [perceived] first world problems.
