for that price, it’s pretty good. it was basic even when new, but condition looks good and it has a wide gear range. it might be a bit big for 5’2, although you could put a shorter stem on it for pretty cheap. with that long stem and setback seatpost, it’s definitely set up for someone a little bigger than you currently.
you could make it work, but for 150-200$ you could get something smaller that would really fit great.
