I recently bought a https://www.canyon.com/en-fi/gravel-bikes/adventure/grizl/cf-sl/grizl-cf-sl-8-1by/3697.html?dwvar_3697_pv_rahmenfarbe=R095_P11&dwvar_3697_pv_rahmengroesse=M and https://www.canyon.com/en-fi/gear/accessories/bike-accessories/fenders-and-mudguards/canyon-grail-on-%2F-grizl-fender-set/9101358.html?dwvar_9101358_pv_farbe=BK&dwvar_9101358_pv_produktgroesse=28%22 and they arrived today and I wanted to assemble them but following the instructions I ran into an issue.
I installed the front fender and all was fine and then I went to the back and wanted to install that but I only managed to install the 2 side pieces because the single screw end piece that should go into vertical part of the center frame has a screw that can't be removed, it just keeps spinning in any direction like it has no grip in any direction. Any tips on how to proceed? Is that screw supposed to not come off on that model?
