SRAM build 100%. Di2 is awful. Dealing with the wires and etube is such a drag. SRAM really took the torch with wireless systems.

Ultegra is lighter than Rival. Also will depend on what makes the most sense in terms of charging (periodically with Shimano vs more frequent charging with sram). Also mineral oil vs DOT fluid for hydraulic brakes.
YMMV but at this price point, either groupset is gonna give you top notch performance
