Cable port for if you route externally. I also lost one and didnt realize how annoying it would be when I bought the bike. I love it overall except for this detail. Email canyon and they should send you a replacement port cover kit which includes 2 of the blank ones i addition to others you wont need with holes in them. I currently have clear tape on mine, considering glue.
