I wouldn’t trust it to hold true for more than one ride. The rim and spokes are too compromised.

Easily fixable all you have to do is walk into a cycle shop with your wallet and soon after you come out with a brand new wheel.

Don’t try to fix the taco. Aluminum doesn’t like to be bent more than once. If the hub is good you can just replace the rim, but unless it’s an expensive hub it’s probably cheaper to replace the whole thing.

The rim is gone. Just put a new one.
But if you really want to use this, just put the well on a curb and unbend it. The result will be not very good, but will be rideable for a while if you do not push it too much.

What exactly you want to fix? Is there a puncture?
