The fork or any component on this bike is not original, and the frame came from the UK. Does anyone have any idea what brand frame this is? It is a breatty aero looking frame, but at the same time it has a circular seat post that I found weird. Can someone help?

Beautiful bike. I gotta disagree with the other comments, I love how it looks unfinished. Put a clear coat on and keep it like this!!
