I haven't owned a bike since I was a kid, but looking to do some trips up to 30 mins in the city, mostly. Is a trek fx3 from 2018 for 400 usd a good deal and choice? Seller claims the bike was "fixed up" recently (trying to clarify that with them) and chain is freshly oiled.
