  1. From a sideways angle, all we can see is that it’s quite tight.

    If you ask me, 3 mm is fine but 2 mm is getting uncomfortable. Wheels always have some flex.

  2. You should be fine. I ran about the same clearance with my 28 mm tires and didn’t have any problem.

  3. Looks OK. You might want to put some tape or other protection on the fork if youโ€™re concerned about looks and you are gravel riding. Although from the looks of those tires seems unlikely.

  4. What’s it measure?

    The relevant international standard ISO-4210, *Cycles – Safety requirements for bicycles *, says you need 4 mm for a racing bike and 6 mm for other types (city and trekking, young adult, mountain) between the tyre and any frame or fork element, mudguard or bolt.

  5. I would tape the frame and see if the tape shows signs of rubbing (due to wheel flex).

  6. Yeah protect and check for marking regularly , looks like it clears now but flex while riding and cornering may result in rubbage
