Riding on a frozen road on 23’s and feeling both your tires constantly sliding to the sides a bit is such a weird feeling. Never got hurt doing that but wouldn’t really recommend either. Really makes you concentrate and listen to your bike though

i’ve found larger tires better in ice but thinner in just snow to cut through
