This is just one of many that are similar to the Jones H-bar. 1. Lawyers are crazy expensive. 2. The optics would be terrible, especially as, 3. Jones produces other bars that are riffs on long-established designs.
Anybody who actually respects and wants the dependable quality of the Jones bars ain’t buying the cheap copies, anyway. £50-ish saving ain’t gonna buy you new teeth.

Just looked up the patent and it began in 2004. So now 20 years later the patent should have expired?
