    Bicycle Blue Book can be way off the mark price wise and I generally have a base of any quality working bike is worth $100. This one I would maybe pay up to $250 for partly because it’s so tiny and you don’t see frames this small every day. If you need a frame that short there might be a bit of a premium to pay but nothing close to $600 for this one.

    Random mish mash of parts, cheap bonded frame , paired spoke wheels. That’s basically worthless if it’s a dollar over 300
