  1. I always check the gap between the crank arms and the chainstays. Line them up and stick your finger in the gap–you’ll be able to feel if the gap is bigger on one side.

  2. Get a tape measure. You want no more than 45mm from sprocket to middle of the frame.
    Ideally it would be lower than 45mm. I can’t remember the magic number. But a bmx mechanic told me a while back never go over 45mm.

  3. Love that sprocket, but all the spacing seems good enough, idk if it’s just the angle but the drive side crank could be a hair closer but seems fine as long as the drive train is smooth and straight (sprocket- Chain -back hub/driver)
