YupItsMeJoeSchmo on April 11, 2025 12:36 am Is this a charity. How are you making any money on that? What did you put $200 into it and spend a few hours?
BrianLevre on April 11, 2025 1:00 am So nice to see someone with a realistic price on a bike like this. I see Trek 930s in barns, covered in dirt and pigeon droppings, with exploded gel seats and rusted chains with 300 dollar asking prices near me. I’m sure it helps that this is advertised in San Francisco.
terdward on April 11, 2025 1:18 am That shoulder strap is a nice touch! Very uncommon to see mounts for and even less common to see a strap attached.
delicate10drills on April 11, 2025 1:23 am For some reason, I am really wanting to see this with an SST ORYG, a BMX stem with a cable-thru bolt, and V brakes.
Choice_Student4910 on April 11, 2025 1:27 am I like it. Wish it didn’t come with gripshift though. Doesn’t seem period appropriate. Also the front brake straddle hanger is a little high. Should be closer to 90 degrees with each cantilever arm for proper brake tension.
MeinfetterHund on April 11, 2025 1:27 am What is the purpose of the leather strip attached to the top tube and the seat tube?
Born_Establishment14 on April 11, 2025 2:08 am Hey, a repacked headset ain’t easy to come by. The question is, is it Phil’s or generic marine grease?

The cost of the brooks is half that price.
Gorgeous.
