Sorry to moan but this is very lazy and annoying. You don’t even post a clear photograph and you ask for help.
You could at least have included the model name from the downtube.
It looks like a Vita. Specialized. All you need to is type the year and use Google images to match it. It could be a 2017 elite. But you can finish the job.
Or you could take better photos of the drivetrain and you can match the model variant to the specification.
