This is my first experience with Canyon, as I only have a Cube bike so far.
Bike arrived today. I open the box and realise that there is no tube in the front wheel and the frame is covered in grease. Is it usual for Canyon to assemble a bike beforehand for a quality check or was this a return or whatever delivered to me as a new bike? Has this happend to some of you before? Best regards.

Call them. Return it and get a new one. Not sure how the community can help you with this injustice.
Kidding aside. This is bothersome. But it happens. Huge warehouses. Wrong labels. New and refurbed. Am pretty sure they will be embarrassed and happily exchange it.
I mean….it looks like they just got a little carried away with the carbon grip paste. What’s actually wrong with the bike?
