My bf fell off of it and it took some scrapes (he is fine) , I'm wondering if it is a ti-mega what it's worth in current condition.

Sure looks like it, take a magnet to it and see if it sticks to the frame. The components don’t match the original spec but it’s old and things get replaced over time. Most collectors will want the frame and the frame alone. The current components are nothing special and not worth much.
