Focus Cayo Evo 4.0 2014 Edition. Am i getting stiffed? Paying 1000$

I am paying around a thousand bucks for this bicycle.

Tires are Continental 5000
Mileage is around 3500, but its well kept
With it comes:
The pedals
Some inner tubes
A Sigma Bike Computer with KMH and kadence counter
A co2 pump with cartridges"??" idk the english word
Some cycling clothes and shoes if needed

Would obviously look at more pictures, but seller is kindhearted and clearly not scamming when he says its "pretty well kept"
