I have the same dilemma right now. But I think canyon is a little bit overpriced with this year models, I remember not so long ago, a year or so when ultegra di2 aeroad was 4500e. Now is about 1500€ more. That is a little bit greedy, Cube is way more honest company with the prices. Beside that aeroad is a great bike so it is Cube. Try both and decide for yourself, I am waiting for my test ride.
