Apologies in advance for the ebike – I'm considering this Cube Nuroad Hybrid C62 as my do everything vehicle. I haven't owned a car for 8 years, but my knees need a break every now and then. I'd like something gravely and still light-ish weight, so this seems to tick all the boxes, however, I need the practicality of front and rear racks for grocery hauling and everything else. This bike comes with a rear rack and fenders, and has low rider fork mounts, but I don't see any upper mounting spot for a brace for a rack. Is it possible to mount it to the bottom of the steerer tube along with the front fender? Can that hold weight safely? Would love to get a Wald basket up there. Thanks

  1. theres 2 boss holes on the fork, most likely doable.
try xbiking or biketouring sub if they have some idae whats available on market that can fit /or need some mods

This bike is totally inappropriate for a do it all style bike. It’s just not designed to carry the loads you want to carry. Perfect for fast, lightweight adventures, but not shopping
