Getting into cycling, will be doing 90% on roads and hard packed tracks.
For reference I'm 6ft 3.
Any help with which of these you would pick is greatly appreciated
obviously whatever bike fits you best is the best bike. but my vote goes to the crossbow if you’ve got options! idk much about those frames but the componentry looks better than the others

I would lean towards the CAADX since it’s cheaper than the Ridley and seems to have similar components. I can’t tell the condition of it but they both seem to have mechanical discs which I would choose over rim brakes. If you get the CAADX you could probably get a tuneup at the LBS and it would still be cheaper than the Ridley.
