Looks pretty bad. Until you clean those threads and run a tap through them (or at least a wire wheel), you won’t really know. Nobody here can tell you how bad it is from that photo alone.
Give it a good clean, then post again.

Try cleaning it up. It’s worth a try.
There could be Hope. Give it a good scrub with a brass wire brush and then clean with an old toothbrush and WD-40. I’ve rescued worse than this. Once clean go to https://www.hopetech.com/products/drivetrain/bottom-bracket/threaded-bottom-bracket/ and choose your favourite colour!
