First Road Bike, First Build. Saw a similar build by u/CashewTM in this subreddit and was inspired to rebuild my 90s Bianchi Alfana throughout the winter. Super happy with how it turned out, learned a lot while building it, and am excited to get it out on the road more as it warms up!

I had a Miyata 414 that was similar but sold it off because it was a bad fit and didn’t ride it enough
