Wouldn’t even be running tan sidewalls with that bike.
Maybe match the tape to the sidewall?
All black. Leave the transparent side walls. I might be a bit biased though lol

Try a gun metal gray or a pattern with a mix of black in it.

specialized has an oil slick bar tape. match that with some oil slick iridescent cages.
