Bought this last year from a couple for $400. The bike was like brand new. I built it up the way I wanted it with old XT parts and wheels I had. Found a great deal on XT derailleur and shifter and the bike came out great. Very comfortable and steel is real!

This is exactly what I would do with a Larkspur frame (except kickstand)
That thing is built to last. Great build. XT is just great stuff.
