No. This looks new.
You’re very likely to kill the freewheel interior mech before a 1/8th cog wears to replacement. At least that’s been my experience.

OP, once the teeth start looking like a sharks fin, then it’s time to replace. Yours looks fine. In your third picture, if you can see a defined notch on the right side of the teeth, that is when it’s probably done. As another posted, you’ll probably wear out/break the pawls before then though.
