I recently did some service to my bike. I took apart the bottom bracket and greased it up since it was creaking. Then, I replaced the master link in the chain since it kept popping apart on me. Then I took off the derailer hanger and replaced it since it was bent. Now my chain has no tension when it’s in the highest gear. Is there anyway to fix this?

Make sure B screw is tight and has tension against the derailleur, also I think that’s SRAM but when you reinstall the derailleur on shimano you need to make sure the stopper plate for the B screw is in the right orientation, otherwise you won’t have tension. Watch a video on how to install and adjust a SRAM eagle derailleur. It should contain how to install the derailleur correctly and adjust the B screw to where the chain tension is correct.

Is there any cable tension?
