It’s an older bike but if it fits 400 isn’t too bad
frame alone is 400
It’s a fair deal, I think and something that you can update and build on.
It looks like you have a mixed Shimano Sora and FSA group set. I would consider updating the crankset first as I personally don’t really rate FSA. For the frame it’s probably worth updating to a full Shimano Tiagra set, but probably not higher than that.
Also as a side note if you aren’t used to clipped pedals SPD-2 can be a tough start so you could pick up some cheap dual sided SPD pedals to get used to the feel of clipping in and out.
If it fits you, and suits your needs I’d say go for it. Obviously give it a thorough going over first.
