I am a Data Analyst too.. It depends on the company to company honestly what work a data analyst do. For her, she is mostly working on reporting – it could be using reporting tools, automating it etc. On the other hand, my work is less repetitive, it starts with understanding the problem statement, data gathering, data mining and querying it to get useful info and KPIs.creating visualizations on either tableau, PowerBI and sharing the insight to business stakeholders to show where we are as of now and possible scenarios to reflect the dollar value out of it.

Working on data bricks overall boring job and not really valued with AI around the corner
If we done a course about 3 month we got job as data analyst
