I don’t think Reddit should really dictate how you build a bike according to aesthetics. That’s a personal decision. If you like it, send it. I bet you could do a poll and get a 50:50 split. That said those bars look cool to me. I’m sure a swept back bar would be cool too. I’d make the decision more based on riding style. Do you wanna hop off curbs and rip single track with a little more confidence? Go with the bmx bars. If you think you’ll just be lolligagging and being upright looking around, go sweep.

I like the bmx handlebars, I want to get something similar for my Giant Iguana. Where did you get those bars from?
I didn’t think it was pretty, but it will certainly be comfortable.
