I've ordered an Aeroad CF SLX 7 Di2 C46, since the DT Swiss version has disappeared (and since I wanted Di2 instead of Rival).
I've seen some mixed reviews of the RS710 C46 wheels (not great and decent?), but I'm not sure if it's worth upgrading right away. Has anyone done it? Recommendations on what to replace them with?

Just run them for a while and see how you get on. I don’t think the aftermarket for those is going to be huge either way.
Are the aftermarket DT Swiss worth 50% more than the Shimano? Maybe. But you’re already buying the Shimano, so the real question is, are they worth 100% more? No. However, if you find the Shimano have a specific issue or you want something they don’t give, like a deeper section, wider rim etc, then the formula changes.
