What dork disc?
Check the b screw gap on the RD and limit screws. Download the sram app and you might want to do some micro adjustments. Set up the lower limit of the FD as low as possible to the cage. A reasonable upgrade could be the Red E1 FD.
Your saddle seems to be going upwards.
