Ben thanks for the video chap! I think if you continue to do more MTB content and you get better with it then I think your audience will naturally grow as you tackle more technical stuff. You have to remember there is Soooo Much MTB content on YT to choose from.
I’m a MTBr primarily but also do road riding and that’s how I started following you but I wouldn’t say follow you for MTB, and I don’t mean that as an insult, I just think your content is so bikepacking/road heavy currently that you won’t get the MTB crowd yet so it’s gonna be hard to judge views on MTB vs your travel/road bits.
I love all riding so I’m here for all of it dude. Would love to hook up for a MTB ride in the forest sometime.
That first trail looks like a MTB for me, not so much gravel bike. But either way, it looks FUN! All bikes are fun

Great vid! Couldn't agree more with the "bikes are bikes" thinking. I'm basically a roadie, but have an pretty beat up mountain bike that I take out from time to time on some local mtb trails. Wear my roadie kit out there much to the dismay of the hardcore mtb bros on the trails 😂 I just like being on a bike. Anyway, great energy and good info. Keep it up, sir.
