Trek Checkpoint AL3 2019 for $300?

So I just bought my first “road bike” it’s a 2019 Trek Checkpoint AL3. Picked it up for $300, I had been pricing new bikes in the same category and had anticipated paying much more than I did so, with this extra budget what are some of the most impactful upgrades you guys would do first? Or would you recommend something different?
