So I just picked up this bike off marketplace, hopefully it was good buy. But I tried looking it up but I can't find any information on the year and where it was made. I've put pics of the serial number. Also it's on 700×23 tires, will I be able to fit 28 or possibly even 30? And what would be some relative good but not too expensive tires I could use for the streets so something that could handle bumps and cracks. I'm new to the bike scene as well just looking for info.
