Hey all,

I took my trusty C-Line on it‘s next cycling vacation. We cycled from St. Pölten via Vienna, Bratislava, Györ and Vác to Budapest mostly along the Danube river. I sent off a buddy of mine on his journey to Tbilisi.

It‘s a beautiful and very easy journey, with mostly great cycling infrastructure. The northern side of the river is preferable. The stretches we took on the south side were less fun on the little wheels, when the far sides of roads are not in the best condition.

Trainwise -German IC and ICEs and Austrian railjets are very accomodating to folding bikes

Can‘t tell you many new things about the bike. I got it ready after winter and it was good for a long trip. Only time I took the tools out: I had to tighten the front wheel after ratteling across cobble stones in shopping cart mode. Only new upgrade: zefal mirrors.
Quick summary of my setup: Bags: Lumabag Bromfort and a Borough Large on a Seatposthugger from Eerder Metaal. Drivetrain: 33/50 Duo Chainring, By.Schulz Z1 Pedals, Cockpit: Joseph Kuosec Handlbars, Ergon GP1 Brooks and SQLabs inner barends

I shared some learnings about the bike in its current form in my previous posts
