Left one is a safe color combination but you kinda have to go with the right one..

if right had the same area of the other color, it might be a competition. Like this, it is just the color of a low budget ebike with a tad of different color at the bottom

Depends on how often you clean your bike. Left one looks tidier when it’s sparkling clean but it will probably look dirtier quicker. Right one has those grey splotches on it anyway and the bright shade of cyan will also help to hide dirt a little more.

I’m a sucker for bright colors so I prefer the one on the right! Consider the colors you usually go for and enjoy (when you buy clothes, other bikes, etc) and stick to what you know you like.
