Hello!
I just tried my new Endurace 7 for the first time and noticed that the front derailleur is not moving at all, so obviously its not changing the gear either.
Its my first road bike so Im not too familiar with adjusting but I would like to try fix the problem before contacting any local shops.

Try to screw the little silver bolt in, this increases the tension.

Have you checked the manual of your bike in the canyon App?
Did you charge the battery prior to use?
