  1. If you have access to a 3d printer it’s possible you can replace that bit that way. Outside of that I’m not sure if you can get replacement parts for the clasp

  2. A super quick fix is using baking soda and super glue. You can build up material like that, but it’s probably not the best repair, as it won’t have a lot of flex in the material.

    You could maybe repair it with a UV resin kit.

    You could try gluing it back in place with 2 part epoxy. Glue handles shearing forces well. Work out how you’re going to clamp it in position while it cures before you apply any glue obviously

  4. That’s sewed there. Unless you find a spare plastic ratchet thingy and manage to sew and glue the thingy exactly as it was originally, (which is harder to do than it sounds like, its sewed only to the outside of the shoe, not to the inside, you need to rip the inside and sew to the outer layer, then glue the inside foam back in place) i would just buy a new pair
