Route recommendation:
Gravel rides around Salzburg – Lake Wallersee
From Salzburg it goes over the Ischlerbahnstrasse (great bike path) to Eugendorf and from there you roll down to Seekirchen. In Seekirchen there are again great opportunities to eat something or take provisions with you. If you don’t want to do the whole loop, you can just pedal to the lido in Seekirchen, which saves you about 20km and 350m. I usually start the round trip from Seekirchen on the left side. The ride around the Wallersee is very pleasant, here you are mainly on gravel and bike paths. On the way you always have great views of the lake, especially on the Neumarkt side. Once you have passed the lake, it is worthwhile in Eugendorf to go for an ice cream (at the Leihmüller, located directly on the way, there is very good). After that you roll the last 10km to Salzburg only the Ischlerbahnstrasse down.

Wonderful !!!
Schöne Strecke! Kennst du noch ein paar Routen in Salzburg die halbwegs in Stadtnähe sind? 😋
