PNS only offers one size, and it’s way too big for my 58 cm head. I bought the Pro Air Road Cap from MAAP a few weeks ago, but it feels too synthetic and doesn’t absorb sweat well. So far, Rapha caps are the best I’ve tried, but I’d love to find something more minimal — preferably plain color, no stripes or logos, and made of cotton.

Not cotton but I really do love my Assos GTO cap. I’ve tried GORE’s as well but they now feel rigid and uncomfortable relative to the GTO.
Do know there’s really not a lip
I have 57 cm head, so far I have found all the caps too small lol. Assos and Cinelli are the bigger names I have tried. I saw Rapha offers them in 2 sizes.

Walz is the best. They have plenty of plain color options and great customer service if the fit isn’t right.
