60$ for any bike is a steal. Seems likely it’s not in great shape, though I can’t tell from the picture. If you can take it to a shop or know how to appraise a bike, then maybe, but that low a price is suspicious.

I’d love to see a drive side photo. But it appears to be in good shape, $60 for any decent bike is a steal. Go for it.
Edit: also those old trek rims were bomber.

It would be pretty nice if it comes with that frame bag, too. Also, two bottle cages is nice. Accessories aside, I think that is a good deal. The bike looks to be in good condition. Personally, I’d slap a different seat on that bad boy and call it a day.
