I recently signed up for the London to Brighton charity ride in September and wanted to try a long distance on my C Line 12 Speed.
Iām only 3 weeks into Brompton ownership but I genuinely believe these silly little bikes are life changing.

I can’t agree with you more, I’ve got multiple bikes it’s my main hobby/unhealthy obsession in life. And most the time I chose to ride my Brompton. The reason I can just unfold it put on a helmet and I can go for a short ride or jump on a train and go ride somewhere nice they’re so handy to have.
This is so amazing. Goes to show how capable these little bikes are. Did you carry the bag for stability or did you have a real use for them on the trip ? And how were the 12 gear system for such a long trip ?
