I've been wanting to make this bike look a bit better but no idea what to change, it doesn't have a seat post clamp as it's an internal one , I want to put more orange on it and potentially some purple parts too, any suggestions?

Orange Chain ring and pulley wheels. Purple handle bar , skewers and saddle
You’re going to get widely different opinions as this is personal preference.
For me, I don’t like a lot of colors outside of my frame. Maybe some subtle colors at best (colored seat post clamp, preload adjuster, fork stickers). I think black accents with subtle green would look good here. I would ditch the orange and especially purple (again, all personal preference).
I don’t personally think green/orange/purple look great together but power to you, different strokes.
Imo the cheapest/easiest parts to replace that you haven’t already changed:
– stem
– headset
– seat
– bars
– chain ring
– spokes (cheap but a bitch to replace)
– bottle cage and other easily replaceable bolts
– cranks (less cheap than some others)
Have fun!
Considering it’s all personal preference, that orange ain’t it.
A shiny, anodized CNC stem is the best bike jewelry. I’d get a PNW Loam, Raceface Turbine or Deity Copperhead in orange (or maybe green, but that’s tough to match).
Yeah it’s $100 for no performance gain, but you get to see it the whole time on every ride.
Also get a pile of orange brake disc/bottle cage bolts and go to town. Or get purple bolts and top cap and start working that in with the orange.
I’d probably go oil slick stem and chainring, and keep everything else black.
