Hi I'm wondering if anyone has any input or opinions on which route I should take through the Alps to Ljubljana: the purple route through Salzburg to Ljubljana OR the blue route through Innsbruck to Ljubljana?
The blue route has 1000~ more feet of climbing and is 20~ miles longer.

I should clarify my main focus is being able to wild/stealth camp as much as possible this trip.
I have done the Fern pass from Imst to Garmisch. I would recommend it because you can ride the old roman road over the pass instead of the busy modern road.
tbh would recommend the red one as its a little less need to ride on heavily congested roads. just take care, the railway tunnel böckstein-mallnitz is currently under renovation if you plan to cross the alps there
