It looks like a Campagnolo-compatible body, compatible with anything from 9 to 12-speed.
It’s done in a pretty peculiar way, but some weight-weenie hubs are like that. Normally they are much more like below, but what you have is compatible.

Resembles an even more minimalistic version of the Mavic Campagnolo freehub bodies.
It’s very simple, if it looks like it should be a standard part, but clearly is not for no good reason, Campagnolo.
What’s the difference between a free hub and a cassette body ?
