Hi guys! Im thinking about wheelset upgrade on my Cannondale Topstone Apex AL bike as it came with quite a bad set. Can get Fulcrum RAPID RED 3 wheelset in 50% discount in our local store for 350€, but i heard some mixed opinions about them. My second choice would be DT Swiss PR 1600 23 Spline. Any opinion will be appreciated 🙏
